(Creator's App for enterprise) Do not know whether USB is tethering

Check the following smartphone settings:

• Android
  From the OS setting screen, go to "Network and Internet" > "Access points and tethering" and check to make sure that "USB tethering" is ON
• iOS
  From the OS setting screen, go to "Personal Hotspot," and check that "Allow Others to Join" is ON
