    Display of [Could not start output. The possible causes are as follows:] in Creators' App indicates that streaming output has not started. Take steps based on each issue listed on the camera.

    Could not start output. The possible causes are as follows: The camera is not connected to the Internet. Incorrect destination settings (URL, stream key, etc.). When using Wi-Fi, make sure that [Wi-Fi Connect] is set to [On] in the camera's menu.

    If [Not connected to the network.] is displayed on the camera

    The camera is not connected to the internet. On the camera, select MENU → (Network) → [Wi-Fi] → [Wi-Fi Connect] → [On].

    • Besides Wi-Fi, some cameras also support Wired LAN connections (including USB-LAN connections with a USB-LAN conversion adapter). For details, refer to the camera help guide.

    If [Cannot find connectable access point.] is displayed on the camera

    Confirm that the access point is correctly registered. When using Hotspot & tethering or Personal Hotspot, make sure the corresponding feature is enabled on your smartphone.

    If [Check "Stream Connect Error Display" of the Menu.] is displayed on the camera

    On the camera, select MENU → (Network) → [Streaming] → [Network Streaming] → [Stream Connect Error Display]. Based on the information displayed, check relevant settings, such as for the access point or URL.
