    A message on the camera indicates that it is connected, but a message on the smartphone indicates that connection has failed.

    When you establish a connection between the camera and smartphone, there are cases where [Connected to your smartphone.] is displayed on the camera but [Bluetooth connection with the camera could not be established.] is displayed on the smartphone (in Creators' App).
    If this happens, close the messages on the camera and in Creators' App, on the camera select MENU → (Network), and tap [Smartphone Connection]. Then reestablish a connection between the camera and Creators' App.
