Uploading from the camera to the cloud does not start.
Select your camera.
When using ZV-1M2/ZV-1F
If uploading from the camera to the cloud does not start, even when selecting [Cloud Connection] in the camera menu, check the following.
[Connecting to Cloud…] is not displayed on the camera screen.
- Public Wi-Fi that requires web authentication cannot be used. Make settings to use the Wi-Fi in your home or office, etc.
- If the camera is not linked with the cloud, follow the method described in "Linking the camera with the cloud" and establish the link.
- Check that the Cloud Upload function of Creators' App is ON. If (Cameras) → [Camera Settings] → [Cloud Function] → [Cloud Function Available] [Cloud Upload ON] is displayed in Creators' App, the function is ready. If it is not displayed, check that your camera is a supported camera, and then link the camera with the cloud and set Cloud Upload to ON.
- Check whether the camera has a stable connection with Wi-Fi. If (Wi-Fi connected, communication status good) is displayed on the camera monitor, the connection with Wi-Fi is stable. If the signal strength is insufficient, move to a place with a stronger signal, etc.
- Accurately set the camera date and time (within ±5 minutes).
Uploading does not start even while [Connecting to Cloud…] is displayed on the camera screen
- It takes about 1 minute for uploading to start. When uploading is complete, (Complete) is displayed in Creators' App and Creators' Cloud Web. If uploading does not start even after waiting for a bit, check whether (Complete) is displayed.
- Check that the file format and other settings for the images to be uploaded are correct by going to (Cameras) → [Camera Settings] → [Cloud Function] → [Cloud Upload] in Creators' App. (Example: By default, the only movies that will be uploaded are proxy movies and HD movies, so 4K movies will not be uploaded.) Also, for media, check that either [Slot 1] or [All slots] is selected.
- As the Creators' Cloud system was renewed in September 2024, you will not be able to upload to the cloud from your camera unless you migrate to the new system. Select [Cloud] under (Storage) in Creators' App and follow the on-screen instructions to perform migration.
If connection is still not possible after trying the above
- Try connecting again later.
