About camera's system software update
Can't connect to camera (error messages)
- A message is displayed: [Bluetooth connection with the camera could not be established.]
- A message is displayed: [Bluetooth connection with the camera has been discontinued.]
- A message is displayed: [Unpair on both the camera and your smartphone, and then reconnect.]
- [The device is already connected to a smartphone.] is displayed on the camera, but it is not actually connected.
- A message on the camera indicates that it is connected, but a message on the smartphone indicates that connection has failed.
Camera problems after Bluetooth pairing
- [Could not establish Wi-Fi connection with your camera.] is displayed when I try to start image transfer or remote shooting.
- The message [Could not switch the smartphone's Wi-Fi network to the camera.] is displayed.
- Connection is unstable. Sometimes I can't connect, and sometimes transfers are slow.

About uploading images directly from the camera to the cloud
- The process does not transition to the next screen during operations to link the camera with the cloud.
- [An error occurred in the camera.] is displayed on the smartphone and [Correctly set the area/date and time.] is displayed on the camera during operations to link the camera with the cloud.
- [Make sure the camera is connected to the Internet and try again.] is displayed on the smartphone.
- Uploading from the camera to the cloud does not start.
- Uploading from the camera to the cloud pauses midway through the process.
- Uploading starts at other times than when performing operations to upload to the cloud.
